CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
This applies to items purchased from this site.
If you need for some reason to cancel your order ,you can do that by simply notifying us by email within 24 hours from the date you ordered the services.
Please note:
- P. J. Dolphin Submarine Ltd accepts no liability for tickets booked in error.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless the service will not be operating on the booked date. (It applies for private charter reservations)
- We accept no liability for the consequences of your delayed arrival.
All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT at the applicable current rates.
Payments are processed by JCC
Transaction charges are non refundable.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
The cardholders’ name and address and delivery address must be the same for the 1st order.
Late reply does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.
RETURNS POLICY
In the case of poor weather conditions, we keep our rights to cancel anytime, and you will be notified and have the right to get a full refund. Where it is possible, you will have the alternative to transfer your reservation to another day.

All orders are non-refundable within 24 hours of the activity or excursion start time, with the exception of the excursion/event not operating.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your chosen excursion/activity have a 100% cancellation refund.
Cancellations within less than 24 hours of your chosen excursion/activity are non-refundable.
